Toc H - a Prospectus for Action
Toc H is a national organisation, with strong,
local expression through

branches

projects

centres
Toc H exists in local communities by

offering an inclusive forum or network,
sometimes called a branch, or unit
-
providing a physical hub as a base for community
action - in Toc H these are called Talbot Centres
-
supporting local action through a national team
supporting local participation and community leadership
-
accessing and providing local funding in support
of local activity through initiatives, projects, services and academies
Toc H has a strategic presence in nine regions in
the UK, Wales and Scotland

North East - Newcastle and Middlesbrough

North West - Cheshire, Runcorn, Leigh,
Manchester

Yorkshire and Humber - Bradford

East Midlands - Cosby, Leicester, Long Eaton,
Matlock

West Midlands - Birmingham, Worcester,

London - Ilford, Mill Hill, Rickmansworth,
Academies, Tower Hill

Branch activity, local membership, projects,
residential centres, community hubs and other expressions of Toc H variously
represent this presence.
Toc H activity is delivered locally by members
co-ordinated through a growing team of County Co-ordinators managed by a
national staff team supported by a national development team.
Toc H activity is organised
generally around:
Projects
- four current themes: youth mentoring, family support, individual support,
refugee asylum seekers.
This expression is known as
inTOuCH.
Places
- residential centres in the Lake District, North Yorkshire, Matlock,
Cheshire, Rickmansworth, Devon. Non-residential centres in North Yorkshire,
Cheshire, Leigh, Bradford, Nottinghamshire, Leicester, London, Croydon, Kent
These centres are known as
TalbotCentres.
