A CRCW will be a person

WHO IS: An Effective Communicator

• Someone who can use a variety of methods & media to effectively communicate about the processes and products of church related community development work.

WHO KNOWS ABOUT

• Publicity and Public Relations

• Consultation with local individuals and groups

• Software & hardware to aid local, national & international contact.

WHO HAS SKILLS IN

• Verbal and written communication

• Producing and Editing reports & policies

• Presentations to groups

• Marketing

• Liasing with public bodies and local authorities

• Organising, facilitating & Chairing an effective public meeting

• A wide range of communication skills forged out of an awareness of the many different levels at which communication occurs

• Information technology, DTP, Powerpoint & computers
