WHO IS: A Facilitator of and Participant in Worship

  • Someone who is open to and comfortable with different traditions, styles and expressions of spirituality, prayer and worship

WHO KNOWS ABOUT

  • Creating liturgies with people which reflect and engage with their everyday experiences

  • Theories of Faith and Spiritual Development in self and others

WHO HAS SKILLS IN

  • Leading the worship of the people of God in diverse settings in relevant, exciting and memorable ways that utilise the experience and gifts of others in response to the truth of God as revealed in Jesus Christ

  • Designing learning opportunities relevant to individuals’ faith experiences

  • Encouraging those with the gifts of music, drama, dance & visual symbol
