Someone who is a
believer in the value of all people; a bridge builder; someone who has a
righteous anger about the injustices in society and a determination to
work for peace, justice and wholeness in the world.

and has a deep awareness of the influence of race and gender on
individual, corporate and institutional life and positive commitment to
opposing and overcoming racist, sexist and other oppressive forces
wherever they are found
