This booklist is not comprehensive, and none
of the books listed comes with particular recommendation or endorsement. The list has been
compiled from suggestions from within the Working Groups and the Core Group. Beyond this
there is a considerable quantity of other relevant material much of which is listed in
bibliographies which can be found in some of the following books. The annotations offered
here are intended simply to give an idea of the contents. Some of the books are currently
out of print, but may be available in libraries.
