Is your church podcasting?

We've noticed that a couple of URC churches have regular podcasts:
Thomas Risley and Brighthelm
If you are podcasting, how is it working for you? Are people listening in?

To answer my own question, I have found that Emmanuel URC, Cambridge has a page of sermons mostly by Lance Stone in WMA and MP3 format. I have put this small list at the bottom of the Projects and Associated Groups page

Here in Hitchin, we podcast our sermons every week (http://www.ed2ed.net/christchurch/site/frame.php?frame_include=podcast.php). I don't have any stats, but my impression is that a good number of people either listen again or download them if they missed the service.

Matt, thanks for that, I've added Christchurch, Hitchen to the podcast list on the Projects and Associated Groups page and the Local church podcasts feed (RSS) that appears on the front page.

Thanks forummoderator for the interest. I just found this.

In the 12 weeks to 20/11 we had 140 audio downloads, including maybe 36 'maintenance' - during visits of 1200 humans to our website. About 4 times more downloads of pdf's.

Regards
Mark
