What Ages Does Pilots Work With?

Pilots is divided into four age bands:

Deckhands                  (aged 5 -  6)

Adventurers                (aged 7 - 10)

Voyagers                    (aged 11 - 14)

Navigators                  (aged 15 - 17)

Each section has a colour identity within the organisation.

Companies may grow to have all four sections or may simply have one or two, depending on the needs of the local church and community and available leadership.

The work for each Section is laid out fully in the relevant part of the Compass.
