Church & society calendar 2007
Such was the interest in the 2006 calendar that a 2007 edition is being published early, so that dates can be incorporated in church calendars and diaries. We hope it will assist ministers, lay preachers and congregations.
We suggest you select subjects that will interest - or challenge local churches - or where there is expertise available to plan a Sunday service or some other event.
Help people to make a faith connection. Encourage prayer support for particular local or national projects. Some may feel able to make a practical commitment; they too will need the church’s support.
Each of the dates has a web link through which background information and/or worship resources can be obtained. This list is not exhaustive; some causes are more loosely ‘Church and Society’ than others. We hope you find the calendar useful.
