The Church and Society committee includes a number of people appointed by General Assembly, plus others who attend by invitation. It is intended that its composition should reflect the make-up of the church, and the richness of interests and expertise among its members. See Why Church and Society?
There are also volunteer Church and Society representatives in each of the Church’s synods, who help to raise the profile of issues in their own area. They can be contacted via the Church and Society office.
