This page details some of the ways in which mission is being developed in the URC.
Mission Strategy Consultation
The Assembly Mission Committee has been working on the development of a mission strategy for the United Reformed Church for the next ten years, called Vision2020. This strategy aims to support the mission of local churches, link with the synod's mission strategies and direct the Church's national programmes and resources.
N.B. THE DEADLINE FOR VISION2020 CONSULTATION SUBMISSIONS HAS NOW PASSED, EXCEPT FOR INDIVIDUALLY NEGOTIATED CIRCUMSTANCES WITH PARTICULAR SYNODS
Thank you very much for all your contributions - we estimate these to be around 500 in total. The resources on this page will be kept online for your reference, whilst the results of the consultation are fed through the various synods during Autumn 2009.
